Niels has served the hospitality industry for over 20 years both in hotel operations as well as by supplying software solutions for hotels, hostels, resorts and casinos. After graduating from Hotelschool The Hague, with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Administration with Marketing as specialism, he first worked in hotels, after which he moved into the world of hospitality software. Niels developed a love for Revenue Management working for Hilton, IDeaS and EasyRMS and set-up the customer success department for the latter company. He moved to Infor as part of their acquisition of EasyRMS and transitioned into a Solution Consulting role.

At Cendyn, Niels found the ideal set of tools which allows him to combine his love for

marketing, revenue management and distribution, which ultimately lay the foundation for personalized product offerings and pricing in the hospitality industry.
