Alessandra Leoni is the Head of Commercial at Resident Hotels, the company that manages and operates the upscale brand The Resident, as well as the midscale brands Sleeperz and Cityroomz. Alessandra brings extensive experience to her role, having held operational and commercial positions at a luxury livery company in the US, and various hotel operations roles in Italy and the UK. With a strong background as a General Manager in operations, sales, marketing, and revenue, she now leads the Commercial and IT departments for all brands under Resident Hotels.

Alessandra is recognized for her leadership skills and ability to adapt commercial models with a focus on guest reputation. Her emphasis on people has enabled Resident Hotels to deliver exceptional, heartfelt hospitality to guests while fostering an enriching environment for team members.
